    Hard-boil the eggs (10 minutes). Cool under cold water, peel and quarter.

    Boil the green beans for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain and plunge into iced water to keep their colour.

    Quarter the tomatoes, slice the pepper into strips and thinly slice the onion.

    Arrange the vegetables on a large plate. Add the flaked tuna, eggs, anchovies and olives.

    Prepare the vinaigrette by emulsifying olive oil with vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
